"Wife really loved the place. I like the in room laundry, so a nice stop on longer trips. Room we had was spacious and very comfortable. Good location and the underground Opera parkade was clean and secure. Did not cost as much as I was figuring I’d be hosed for."

We tried to call the smartflats people after receiving the number from hotels.com (the one on the website is disconnected) directly and were put on hold (while we were chatting with hotels.com) and after 15 minutes of being on hold, we hung up. Es gibt auch kein 24 Stunden Front Desk. Als wir gebucht hatten, stand sogar noch dabei, dass man die ganze Unterkunft alleine zur Verfügung hat, das stimmt aber nicht, es ist nur ein Zimmer. We had a little confusion with the entry code, but could sort it out with the help of the property management and they immediately took care of it."
