"A/C was great, I am so happy with the breakfast it is one of the very few hotels that provides this level of service. First time out of state with other people and everything went without a hitch. Staff was always friendly and was able to meet any demand the guests I traveled with had. We were impressed by the cleanliness of the experience. Excellent location in driving distance to the best of Ft. Myers, thank you so much."

"It's quite unique place, it's a boutique motel with a beautiful gardens and access to small marina. You can rent bikes and kayaks there or just enjoy the quiet time with canal views. We didn't have an opportunity to try breakfast as it starts later (at 8am) and we needed to leave early. Rooms and everything around looked clean and pleasant. Convenient stop to multiple locations in the area."

"Where we checked in at 8:00 at night. The temperature per the AC panel is 95° inside the unit. We turned it down to 60 left for an hour came back. It was still down to 90 unfortunately was not able to stay. Also, the photos that are on the website do not match the unit you get so it is very misleading"

"Room was clean. Stuff helpful. Breakfast was good. Big parking. The pool wasn't the cleanest. We asked to clean the pool several times. Finally we did not use the pool we went to the beach instead."

"The room was clean and had everything that I needed. The tv is too small it needs to be a 65'. The door to the other unit that is not in use needs taken out as the noises from the othe unit is like they are in the same roon with you. The lighting on the side of the building could be better, but all in all it was ok and I would return again. "

"The office staff was friendly and accommodating. Rooms very clean. Beautiful pool. Upper Deck Bar with entertainment was a lot of fun. Below the Upper Deck Bar is a great restaurant right on the water with all glass windows for a great view. The food was excellent and the manager and all of his staff treated us great. Will definitely return for another stay and support the on property Bar and excellent restaurant."

"Great place for families with kids, to include grandparents. View from room was spectacular! Also loved that the balcony is a screened-in porch; it made sitting out there in the evenings very pleasant."

"Our stay at the Margaritaville Beach Resort was absolutely incredible from start to finish. The resort perfectly captures the laid-back island vibe while still feeling upscale, modern, and luxurious. The location is unbeatable, right on the beach with stunning views and easy walking access to restaurants, shops, and local attractions. The rooms were spotless, beautifully decorated, and extremely comfortable. Waking up to the ocean view every morning felt like paradise. The pool area was lively...

"The bathroom was poorly maintained, the sink was clogged, and the noise was very annoying. The terrace was right above the tiki bar, and the breakfast service included items different from what I ordered. They gave room keys to other people who entered while we were resting, which was a big mistake."

"This was the perfect cottage for my family of 4 to spread out and not be on top of each other like a hotel room. We used the provided bikes every morning. Loved biking. The proximity to the beach with the provided umbrella, chairs, towels and wagon was awesome. Loved our stay!"
