"Super clean. No TV. Parking on street. Bed fits 1 large person. It's stuck in an alcove so you must climb into it from the foot of the bed. If 2 small people are sleeping in it,then one would disturb the other getting up. The bed should be moved against the opposite wall.

"Overall this was an average, pretty much no frills hotel.
The rooms were clean. No microwave or closet in the room. You had to request new towels or room cleaning as they only do this every 2 days. However, you were not informed as such until we asked. Breakfast was average. But overall clean. "

"The condo itself was clean, but very dated. The building that hosts the condo is very old and unkept.
The add says the condo is on the beach. Realistically it is 1/4 to 1/3 mile walk.
When we first arrived the A/C wasn’t working. We called the host. He responded quickly and resolved the issue. This is a positive.
Overall, a very disappointing stay."

"This was my 2nd time staying here. Was here around the same time the prior year, and the room served its purpose. Comfortable, quiet, clean, and decent shower. It’s also so close to everything, just walking distance. Staff is very friendly and outgoing, that I would stay here again if ever in the area!"

"Our only concern, as seniors, was the steep stairs. We were in a downstairs room one night, with stairs down to the first floor. Then we moved to a second floor room, with even steeper stairs. Perhaps a dumb waiter to help with luggage?
But the property is lovely, beautifully appointed rooms, excellent service, wonderful staff. Highly recommend!"

"Staying here is mainly for the location. It needs a huge makeover as far as how old it is with the rusted beams holding up the second and third floors. The dresser and nightstand drawers smell like mildew. The plunger and toilet cleaning brush looked dirty sitting in the bathroom. Staff was helpful, easy check in and parking, not their fault the hotel is old and needs a major facelift. The location is great though and walking distance to the beach and restaurants."

"Loved the location and found the staff to be very helpful in situating me in my room, even though I arrived an hour early. Wonderful view from the room though the in-room amenities were very basic and the furniture dated. Staff at breakfast very helpful and good gym.
Not sure what is the justification for paying $25 for destination tax per night on top of state and occupancy taxes plus hotel tax with my booking"
