"We stayed a week. Three days into the stay, I informed the front desk I would like the room to be refreshed. When we came back to the room, I found towels and bedsheets on the kitchen counter. Our dirty towels were still in the floor. The beds were not made. Toiletries were not restocked. I informed the front desk of the issues at checkout. I didn’t receive a follow up from the Osthoff.
Also, we were unable to get the master bedroom temperature correct. Unit ran continually.

"Heck in had no front desk. It was very difficult for my elderly parents who are not tech savvy. They had a very hard time getting g in the room. When they finally got in, the room was great. It was clean and had comfortable beds."
