"Our family stayed here over Canada Day. Great location to be in the middle of all the action. Staff was nice and place was clean. Service daily to the room was wonderful. They had an activity room for the kids on the main level which was a nice addition. Our kids loved colouring there or playing ping pong. Price is high but we also stayed in peak season. So to be expected. If you aren’t with kids/looking for quiet- I would suggest the Hotel Eldorado offer this spot."

"All private rooms face a high traffic and noisy street, actually it is near the start of the highway/bridge that crosses the lake to West Kelowna. Room, mattress and bathrooms lack proper maintenance, all look worn out by years of use. Room air conditioner just circulate air, no cooling. Communal kitchen is well equipped."

"I have had a lot of trouble with the cleanliness of the room. I found some lipstick on my bedsheet and the next day that I got to bed after the room was cleaned. I still found that lipstick on the bedsheet, which I thought they just made the bed the shower head was leaking. I mentioned it and I stayed here before as well, and the same thing happened in the room based on the pricing of the hotel per night. "People drinking in the pool area not paying attention to their kids climbing up the slide and throwing footballs around which hit my husband, also they were all sitting around the hot tub not even in the hot tub! Breakfast was okay but I burnt myself really badly on the waffle maker as the waffle got stuck and we had no utensils to get them out other then that great friendly staff and he try accommodating we will definitely be back"
