"We were warmly received by Donatella and her daughter, Francesca. Donatella was very gracious and created marvelous treats for breakfast. Her homemade apple strudel was the best I’ve ever had. Francesca was amazing and helped us coordinate ferry schedules, dinner reservations, and activities. The setting is gorgeous and idyllic. Truly a unique and fabulous stay."

"Everything was perfect except for lunch. Just bit too pricy for 2 ppl for €540 & foods & cooking quality just normal not fine dining. You can find more nice top quality restaurant near here with good price."

"Beautiful setting, wonderful staff, breathtaking views, and a relaxing pool. The perfect place to unwind!"

"Staff was extremely helpful! Incredible!! definitely recommend"

"This is a beautiful kept property, great location, comfortable, friendly staff and delicious breakfast."

"The property is a dream come true true very elegant and well maintained"

"Exactly what’d you’d expect from a luxury hotel by the lakeside. Great welcoming staff, great amenities and food. The price is up there but you really get what you pay for and the view is an experience all in itself"

"Very nice location. Room basic but very clean. Bathroom private but in the corridor not en suite. Really good breakfast with freshly made coffee to order. Stuff very helpful. No problem to drop off our bags earlier in the morning . Recommended"

"The hotel is centrally located with the lake, restaurants, tramway and lake ferries within walking distance. The hotel does not offer onsite parking but there is a public parking lot about 10 minutes away walking. The hotel is older with basic accommodations and does not offer breakfast, but our room was clean and had coffee, tea, water and pastries provided. The staff was very friendly, helpful and accomodating."

"Good history however rooms can be too small"

"Great service and wonderful rooms"

"The location is beautiful and the view is amazing however the rooms were extremely dirty and the reception staff didn’t even want to say hello when we first arrived. We had another group of friends who also stayed at the property and reported that the staff were quite rude."

"Overall this was a good hotel for our stay in Como. We stayed two nights in a room that faced the lake. You could hear normal restaurant noise with the window open but once closed it was pretty soundproof. The room was clean and we appreciated the complimentary waters in the fridge. Room was quite small though, not much room to walk with two open suitcases. Breakfast was your standard European breakfast in the attached restaurant downstairs. Location was perfect, just a quick walk to shopping...
