"I’m not easily pleased or impressed when it comes hotels but this hotel and staff were wonderful! First the young lady who checked us in was very sweet. We were there for a basketball tournament for a few days and she gave my daughter a little snack pack for each day. The rooms were clean and I loved the outdoor area. It had a free laundry, pool, jacuzzi, basketball court, and bbq pits with seating areas. It was so peaceful sitting out there and just relaxing. They also offered free breakfast...

"Great location for family visit. Friendly helpful front desk staff. It was quiet! Clean room & appreciated the kitchen. Did not like paying for parking. Water faucets could be tightened as too much water is being wasted, in the shower especially. Bathroom air vent needs a serious cleaning. My stay was great."

"The engineering staff set the thermostat temperature to whatever they want. The thermostat in the room is operated by an occupancy sensor which does not detect any movement over night, resulting in resetting the temperature to whatever the engineering team set to! This was intended to save energy at the expense of the customer's convenience!! I had to wake up twice at night to make sure the sensor detected me and that my temperature setting is reactivated."

"The area was great… so we checked in, we got the room with a king bed and a sofa bed. To start bed pillow had a bunch of white short hair I’m assuming it was Cat’s hair nasty and all along the carpet obviously they didn’t vacuum. Luckily we weren’t allergic. The other big issue and very important the sofa mattress I had to switch with my son since the mattress was completely uncomfortable and they were brand new according to the hotel staff. "Location is great. It is within walking distance of restaurants and other shops."

"Room size is a bit on the smaller side, felt a little cramped. Rooms do not come with a microwave (suites do, it's an upgrade). If you need to heat food you have to do so in the lobby (community microwave). They do not offer free breakfast, and they nickel and dime for everything. Parking is not free. Staff, well, let's just say there is one staff member that goes above and beyond and is super friendly (forgot her name). When booking for this location, I used a third party site to do so...

"Needs better care. Repairs look shoddy and half assed. Plaster splitting. Wall base had visible water damage. Rust around drains. No sink stopper. There’s a gap under the entry door. Had to put a towel down to keep cool night air out."

"The staff were super nice and helpful. The room is another story. I was in floor 8, the shower kept leaking the entire stay, the bathroom sink faucet leaked everything we used it. The chair looked like it was attacked by many cats. The bathroom didn’t have a lock."
