"Attention families travelling with kids under 16 your kids are not allowed to use the pools, the beach isn’t the best either. Nowhere on the Expedia app did I see that information and they did not reach out to notify me after I entered my kids ages. The pull out sofa is lumpy, flat and small. It can really only sleep 1. So the king suite that I booked can comfortably sleep 3 and not 5. The staff was nice, the room is clean and the location was also nice."

The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beautiful Inner Harbour and many of Victoria’s attractions, making it easy to explore the city on foot. "We stayed in this hotel for only one night and we loved it. The location was great and we can walk to the parliament in about 10 minutes. Parking is close and the price is very reasonable ($15). The staff especially Anja were very nice and helpful. We would come back next time we are in Victoria."

"Absolutely amazing experience at Rosemead House. It is like stepping into a magical wonderland. Beautiful property, building, rooms, restaurant. Delicious breakfast in an adorable setting. We weren't able to have dinner at the renowned restaurant, but will definitely go back again to enjoy that experience which is supposed to be sensational. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful. HIGHLY recommend Rosemead and can't wait to visit again!!"

"What we liked: The location near the sea wall, being near the pub (but in a separate building, so no pub noise) and the quaint heritage building. What we didn't like: The slightly small, creaky bed with a dip in the middle which made sleeping with a partner rather uncomfortable, the very temperamental toilet, the fire alarm going off for no apparent reason at about 7:15am for about 10 minutes and the receptionist forgetting to give us the wifi password."

"Great location! The Mall and City centres were easy to drive too. My family had a great stay! It felt like home for my little senior Pom. The only thing, I would suggest is more lighting in the rooms and a Keurig or Nespresso coffee makers in the rooms. Thank you!"
