"Excellent service, the staff were polite and attentive from arrival to departure. Very clean hotel, beautiful spa facility. We had massages and they were great! The Fiki Japanese restaurant was excellent and the desserts from Aria were great too! Definitely recommend !!!!"

"The hotel has beautiful views and direct access to both rocky and sandy beach areas. The staff are friendly and warm, atmosphere good. My room was clean and comfortable, and had an outstanding sea view. Breakfast with a sea‑view terrace is a highlight, and overall the hotel provides good value for money. In my view it is best suited for travellers seeking relaxation rather than nightlife, thanks to its quiet, scenic location."

"This is a beautiful hotel. A great all-inclusive with plenty of food and drink options. My 5yo loved the kids club. We picked a swim up room but honestly didn’t use it much. The hotel never felt too busy and staff were lovely, we’d definitely return!"

"The room was very big and clean and nice decor. All extras needed. All the staff were very helpful and happy. Pools were excellent. There were no ramps for wheelchairs. People on half board had to walk up to some shops to get a sandwich. It would have been nice if some wrapped sandwiches were for sale in hotel. Enjoyable stay."

"Staff were really friendly and polite. Especially the lady at the bar who gave me a complimentary hot chocolate. Breakfast buffet was lovely, staff answered our questions and were helpful. Room was clean and big, only downside was it was really warm at night but we were given a fan which was helpful. The toilet was difficult to close/lock but it was fine as we are family sharing the room."

"We had a nice stay here. Lots to do and plenty of sun beds. However my husband got very sick a night before we were due to leave. It turns out there were a lot of other guests experiencing the same vomiting and loose stools too after chatting to a few other guests. I reported it to the front desk but not sure if anything will be done to protect other guests from getting poorly. The only other little negative comment I’d make is about the fact our balcony didn’t have any outside light so we couldn’t sit out there of an evening. Food was good and lots of variety. "

"The place is very spacious , clean and comfortable. Very comfy beds and good equipped kitchen. You need a car to be there. Only thing we were finding difficult were keys to the house / internet/electricity attached together so if you want to lock the door you have to take them out and than you don’t have light. Difficult to use them , getting stuck etc. "
