"The first room I had there were ants crawling all over the walls everywhere. The whirlpool tub didn't work also. So my first night was not pleasant at all...the next day I went to the administration and they changed my room for a bigger room right next door...no ants and the jet tub worked. I was actually happy the tub didn't work as my room was changed on this account but the ants was not a spring time issue there's a nest under the patio door as that was the location they were entering from....

"No one at reception when I tried to check in (locked). There was a note saying to use intercom and a number to call. Neither worked. Eventually someone came and checked us in, tho he said it was not his job. The sheets of one bed had lots of pubic hairs it. Hot water was not that hot and took an very long time to get going. Would not stay again."
