"Clean quiet room all that we needed"

"The hotel sign had a different name from the name we booked under. We drove past it a couple of times before we realized it was our hotel. It looked like a building in disrepair. The rooms were not clean- we traveled with family and had two rooms. The bathrooms were dirty, with dark streaks on the floor, the soap and shampoo dispensers had not been refilled, there was tissue wrapped over the peephole in the door, and a stale smell in the room. The hallways were not much better. The staff was okay, tried to help but were somewhat defensive when I expressed our discontent. Very glad we only had to spend one night here."

"The room and halls of the hotel were not clean. We felt there may have been fleas In the room. There was dog poop residue on the floor of our room. We got to the hotel late, so we didn’t notice till the morning . I will not be repeat customer."

"The listing add and check instructions all clearly state you have access to the entire property, but in fact you do not. When you request them to fulfill what you were promised in the add, they attempt to charge you more money. The place is beautiful, but the management and listing add are nothing more than willful misrepresentation. And I screen shotted the booking before they change it. The overall experience left a very bad taste in my mouth. Use caution when booking."
