"The room next door had a bath tub spa which was up against my rooms bed headboard When the spa tub was turned the noise and vibration was like a jet liner sitting on top of my room. This crazy load noise and vibration went on for and hour, before the folks next door turned it off. Then I was able to get to sleep. Terrible noise problem with spa tub."

"Nice property, but the self-check in process is odd and impersonal. I was reluctant to check in and have my ID and card scanned by a machine. We needed to get into our room by 3 pm to dress for an event that began at 4 pm. I called the property mgmnt co a few days in advance to ask about an earlier check in. "Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at on a vacation. Bed wasn’t comfortable, water pressure in shower was nonexistent, room was hot with no ac, when windows were open the road noise was too loud. Tyrannical owners more worried about patrons smoking in the parking lot rather than cleaning the rooms on a regular basis. Didn’t have room cleaned the entire week. I won’t be back."
