"This hotel is fine, but it is not anywhere near a 4 star hotel. The rooms are really run down and dirty, smelled like mildew and there were ants all over the floor. The bed was so hard and uncomfortable, and the AC and fridge barely worked. The property itself is nice and the hotel is on the water which is always a perk, but this felt much more like a dingy motel then it did a 4 star resort. We stayed here to be close to a wedding venue which made it worth the stay but there's no other reason to...

Alessia the beautiful young woman who cooks at breakfast was such a joy along with her coworkers. I highly recommend breakfast because of these sweet and attentive staff members. "Grosse Hotelanlage mit teilweise stillgelegten Gebäuden- Hotel selbst wunderbar, modern und sensationellen Ausblick.Zimmer sind modern, komfortabel und zweckmäßig. Der Privatstrand ist schön* jedoch sehr steinig- ohne Schuhe nicht empfehlenswert. Schön wäre eine Bar am Strand. Das Personal ist insgesamt sehr hilfreich und freundlich. insbesondere und der junge Rezeptionist ist sehr bemüht und sehr zuverkommend und hilfsbereit. "Recomiendo ampliamente este hospedaje en Santa Flavia. El personal muy amable, nos atendieron siempre en todo. El estacionamiento incluido es en la calle enfrente del hotel pero se ve seguro, el desayuno incluido muy bueno y la torre panorámica tiene buena vista, hay varios espacios para tomar el sol y descansar. Las paredes un poco delgadas pero el cuarto y el baño bien, limpio y la presión del agua buena. Hay una cocina compartida que no usamos pero se ve amplia y limpia."
