"I have stayed at this hotel many times over the years and I love the pool/ hot tubs/ and sauna , it is all so well maintained , the rooms are great . We go for a girls trip and it’s wonderful place to relax and plenty of great restaurants walking distance nearby. Staff so thoughtfully upgraded us from a studio to one bedroom which is such an appreciated gesture when not busy . Thank-you for a great stay :)"

The service felt below the standard I would expect from Fairmont Gold. "Finding the property was extremely difficult as the only correspondence I had talked about Gibbons Life Accomodation, this cannot be found in whistler. After an hour searching and asking several businesses in town they indicated that it could be Carleton. No reception and no where to park, then went to Longhorn to ask. "We love Nita Lake lodge. The complimentary canoe and bicycles are a great bonus. Also the free shuttle into Whistler Village is very helpful. Our room was beautiful, clean, quiet and cozy. Love the large balcony. The bathroom was very luxurious with a huge tub and nice products to use. The in room coffee also nice quality. We had a wonderful stay. Thank you."
