"The hotel was okay if you want to save money and just a place to sleep. It is very outdated, old feeling and needs more attention. Fitness area was dirty and both treadmills in there were not in working condition and very old. Elevators were old and dirty. Bedding in the room seemed okay. "First time at Hyatt Place sc location was nice. Sheena at the front desk was awesome. She made our long trip so meaningful. She was kind, professional, caring , godly young woman. She loved her job and it was evident that she was just a generally caring person. My mobility is not good and she went above and beyond from the first greeting to our last step.
