"Jennifer on reception was amazing. There was a mix up with our booking but she made it her personal mission to fix things for us. It must have taken her several hours but she saved the day and its so rare to get such amazing customer service!!!!"

"Lovely room Very tasteful decor Although floor was sloped... Had fabulous time at Karaoke finished off this morning with lovely continental breakfast lots of choice food very good quality. Staff lovely"
