"I spent a significant amount to stay here, but unfortunately the quality of service did not meet my expectations. I booked my room months in advance and specifically requested a nice view, yet I was assigned a room on the lowest floor, far from the main compound. The restaurant service was also disappointing, as there were repeated issues with our orders and it often felt like our concerns were overlooked rather than addressed. The spa service was average at best. While the property itself has a beautiful view, the overall level of service did not match the standard I expected for the price paid."

"We stayed for 2 nights. The first night, they directed us to 2 rooms (which was unclean) We had to go back and forth inside the elevator to inform front desk that we cannot sleep in that condition and that the rooms weren’t ready. The beds weren’t made up, the tv wasn’t working, there was old food in the garbage, and the shower water had no pressure at all. The second night we booked for a suite and there was no utensils. The staff was not pleasant at all and did not show any empathy or remorse for our stay. I am very disappointed and I do not recommend this hotel to anyone!"

"Checked in around 10Pm and the gentleman at the counter was very nice and got me taken care of quickly. Explained where everything was in case I needed any and was very helpful. The hotel itself was very clean and a great all around stay!"

"This Sonesta was surprisingly clean. The staff was very pleasant during my stay both night and day shift. There was a young Black man who worked overnight (Dale) who provided excellent customer service. The only issue I had was the pool not being clean and not being advised that we had to pay for breakfast. Other than that our room was nice and clean. The hotel was also in a nicer area as well. "
