"Staff were so rude and not helpful. My friends and I drove 2 hours for a wine festival, and my friends’ room was canceled and sold without any warning. They were left with no room and nowhere to stay at 9pm. Christian was extremely rude, and the manager Latasha was even worse. Currently trying to dispute the charge for my own room because they refused to call another manager to help with a refund."
