We stayed 2 nights because I was getting tattooed at a convention, the bed was comfy, the room was clean and had a microwave and fridge so for the price, I'd highly recommend this place! It's less than 2 blocks from stores and eating places, it was quiet and the pool was open. Will be staying here again!

Good location for food and hiking, updated furniture, microwave and comfy beds, downside was being given a smoking room when we asked for nonsmoking, also the amount of flies in the room and overall the walls/doors needing a good cleaning.

Book it.This is a cute little old-timey motel with comfortable bed, super clean bathroom, helpful friendly staff and ample parking. It is perfect for our no thrills stay. We were in the middle of Old Colorado City with local coffee shops, local food options and fun shopping. I like spending local on good value purchases. This was it! We loved it and will be back.

We enjoyed our stay. Our room was very clean, the bed was comfortable and the towels were soft. We had a park bench on the balcony right outside our door which allowed us time to take in the great view. The proprieter is very kind and thoughtful. This motel is within easy walking distance of several excellent restaurants, and just a short drive from Pike's Peak, Garden of the Gods, and Cliff Dwellings. Definitely a good choice if you are in the area.
