"During our 2 night stay there was no hot water. Unfortunately, the staff chose to ignore the problem rather than address it with the guests (it was a property wide issue). That made for a shocking shower instead of an uncomfortable expectation. We were offered 5000 Marriott points in exchange (~$15-35). The nightly room rate was $225 after taxes. Ridiculous!"

"We love the place, we have enough room for 3 of us. Everything looks clean, kitchen was nice small but complete with all your needs. I know people complaining about the AÇ LOL we actually don’t really bother with the sound. The staff are excellent, we can’t complain. We’ve been traveling and staying at so many hotels/motels or condos like and all of them have good and bad but at the end of the day we only in our room for not long enough to complain, we just want to enjoy it and make memories...

"We stayed in Queens Bedroom with balcony at springs pool tower. The corridor seemed to be dusty, the carpet seem to be old and so was the look of the room espcially the back wall. However, th amenities nd activities outside of the room were engaging."

During our stay, we experienced multiple serious issues: No towels were available at the pool on several occasions. Mold was present in the bathtubs in two different rooms. Both rooms had broken tub stoppers. Towels provided were old and felt like worn rags. We found hair inside the drawers, which prevented us...

"When we checked in and opened the door to the hotel room, we turned on the lights and saw all the roaches scatter away. There was roach poop droppings on the bed and the whole room was dirty with hair laying everywhere. The fire alarm was off, the batteries were missing. Front desk was not answering their phones. We ended up checking out and sleeping in our car. This place is horrible, unsanitary and disgusting. Expedia was able to refund a portion. I love Expedia but absolutely hate this hotel....
