"The room was amazing. clean, spacious and comfu. Breakfast waa great. The onlu issue were the kids running around the pool area. There were 12 of them in the hot tub, ages ranging 2 to 13. This was at 930pm. They need a no kids aftee 9 polivu"

"Pool and room were nice. The staff was terrible. The room attendants, servers etc. We had to call the front desk 3 times to get a towel as they took our dirty towels and never replenished with clean ones. Was told by front desk they would be right up and they never showed so had to call down again a 30 mins later. This cost us to miss a dinner reservation. The service around the pool was awful as well. The servers would be standing around the pool chatting with other servers. You had to essentially make a scene to get their attention to order a drink/food. Also they charge 20 dollars a day for parking and 35 resort fee. Yet they offer no shuttle service such as the Omni so a car is essential. The parking should be included in the resort fee in my opinion. Also unless the experience with staff improves the resort fee is of no value imo. Seems other residents had the same experience as we overheard other families complaining also Overall location was great but I would suggest staying elsewhere in the palmetto dunes area. Omni, etc"

"Property is well maintained. Main entrance for the hotel has stairs with no ramp or easily accessible alternative option. Challenging with suitcases. An elevator is available in the parking garage behind the property. Would be helpful if the information about the hotel described the entry and alternative entry options."

"We had a king ocean view room. Had great beach view but also view of the pool, firepit and tiki bar. The bed was comfy and everything was pristine clean. Amenities were everything we needed. Live music played from approx noon to evening, and we enjoyed it. (June stay, I’m thinking that’s only in the high season.) I would return!"
