"I was disappointed in this hotel. I booked this hotel as a halfway point to break up a long drive, and I specifically booked it because it has a pool. We got there, and the pool was out of service. "It was horrible, there were cockroaches all over the place, when we went to ask them for another room since it was earlier morning they told us we were filled and that they could not refund us, the blankets had burn holes and different colored stains on it and the Tv had no cable so we could not watch anything, there was no soap no shampoo no towels. when we then asked for towels and toilet paper we were given one roll and got one towel and we had to argue to get 2 towels since there are 2 of us...

"Outside our door was a broken down fridge, the chair in room was lopsided. Bathroom was clean but tub was so slippery I couldn’t take shower. The room was clean, bed way too hard. Both of us woke up with sore backs."
