"I was very pleased the moment I walked in with the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff as well as the aesthetic my suite. It was spacious and comfortable. The only thing I would say is that there were some crumbs and little bit of trash in the floor and couch that were overlooked but not terrible enough for me to care. I will definitely be choosing this location for my next stay."

"Please don't say this is an oceanfront property. People are booking this hotel sight unseen and I know I booked an ocean front hotel. When I arrived this property is NOT ATTACHED TO THE BEACH. YOU HAVE TO DRIVE TO THE BEACH. The beach is nice and they offer free parking, however if I was staying on the beach, I would have beach access from the hotel. The breakfast was mediocre."

I don't think they own a vacuum cleaner, or maybe it's broken or something because there were Cheerios, bits of plastic, dried mud clumps and I don't even want to know what the white stuff was in the carpets. "Reserved a handicapped room. Arrived and the elevator was not working. Why have handicapped rooms on the 2nd & 3rd floor? Arrived at room 230 to find the toilet not working. The water had been shut off! House keeping got the water turned on. Only to find the fitting was leaking. Unable to fix so they provided towels. By 4:00 the entire room was covered in 1/2 water. Unacceptable! "
