"The staff were most helpful, kind and professional. Our room was good value. It looked as if everywhere had been painted. The hotel is in an excellent position."

"The staff are excellent here and we really enjoyed our stay. Our only bug bear was that we didn't understand that use if the spa comes at an extra cost. It was hugely disappointing as we hadn't booked to go into the spa and we're advised we were very lucky to get in. I'm not sure spending another £50.00 on top of the room was "lucky" for a fairly basic spa.The booking company needs to make sure people know the spa isn't included."

"food was good and things were clean. There seemed to be a lot of people complaining about their rooms, which delayed our check in. Some rooms dont have showers, including ours which we got a terse response to."
