"The Air conditioning for any hotel let alone a supposedly 5 star hotel was terrible, in fact it was a non-existent. I had 3 nights of no sleep and when I complained to the reception they gave me a minature fan!! This of course had no effect. Good location and breakfast was ok BUT avoid this hotel if you value getting any sleep during your stay! "

"Nice location. Friendly and helpful staff. Big room, nice bathroom and shower. The room had a safe (always helpful) but no coffee maker or small refrigerator/mini bar. Coffee and tea are available 24/7 but only the 7th floor. Kind of a bummer."

"The balcony room was extremely spacious, especially for an inner city hotel. Very sweet and helpful staff. Good central location, however I feel there are nicer parts of town to stay. Watch out for scammers trying to get donation for a deaf school!"

"We stayed at this hotel for 3 days and the location is excellent. However, the room was dusty and the mattress and pillows need to be updated."

"The hotel is gorgeous and the staff are friendly. The only issues we had were that the room was meant to be cleaned every third day, but they skipped us on our third day, even though we had gge hanger on the door asking to be cleaned. And we were expecting a stove in the room, because the description and photos included a stove, but there wasn't one. We would have booked a different room if we knew, because i have food allergies and needed to be able to cook for myself."

Catena di strutture sparsa in vari punti strategici di Berlino Servizi compleți (comprese le biciclette, seppur a pagamento) e pulizia ineccepibile. Se proprio si deve cercare un difetto, la superificie ridotta della stanza (per motivi di spazio mancano per es. un vero e porprio armadio ed il frigo bar)"

"Hotel is in a great location, less than 10 minutes from the Brandenburg Gate, very close to over and underground stations. Room was great, spacious, clean, cool. Staff were friendly and helpful. We had a drink in the bar but didn’t eat in the restaurant. Lots of places to eat and drink nearby. Would definitely stay there again."
