The property was exactly as advertised, in a great location and was spotless. Also, having tea and coffee at the property is only a small touch but has a great impact and shows Manu cares for guests. "Charming historic building with character, but the stay fell short overall. The room was acceptable, though lacking basic comforts (no fan on a very hot day) and minor housekeeping issues (dusty bedside tables). Staff were attentive, but operations felt poorly managed - breakfast was inconsistent, with key items missing and a lack of clarity on what was available. The location in Banbury wasn’t particularly appealing, and access to parking was challenging due to a very narrow entrance. Outdoor areas also appeared poorly maintained. In summary, a beautiful property with potential, but the overall experience wasn’t memorable."
