"Hotel hasn't been updated in 3 decades. They have enormous Amana heating/cooling units in each room that turn on every few hours blasting the room in noise. They charge you $3.00 for a bottled water. After $35.00 in taxes and fees they hit me with another $20.00 when we checked out only $10.00 of which was refunded. And awful old carpets (that can't be properly cleaned) on the floors. Ugh."

"The room was quite large and clean. We stayed here when we went to the harry potter forbidden forest exhibition. The front staff were extremely friendly and the breakfast was good also."

This is definitely not a property for people looking for high quality or up to date(no chargers in rooms, no apps on tvs) However, from the moment we checked in, we were relaxed because theres just a relaxing feel to the property. It was definitely not an ideal situation since we had plans and had to rush."

"Great customer service and extremely friendly front desk reservation desk staff."

"I did not appreciate the hard time we were given about my group eating breakfast, they will harass you about a ticket to eat but upon booking it said it was included but when we got there, they said there was a fee for brkfst which means it's not included, then they proceeded to try to charge 10/ head for the horrible food had i known, i would have saved my money and ate elsewhere because it was terrible, housekeeping staff was great and on top of it, rms just mediocre, i am Def used to higher...
