The room heating/cooling system was not affective. The pillows were uncomfortable and the mattress gave myself and my husband a bad back in the morning. The shower pressure was also terrible. The room was dated.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly, when checking in. The room was very well kitted out, with a fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, cutlery, crockery, hairdryer, etc. will be booking again.

Cant comment much on this as we didn't actually explore Bedlington, but nothing bothered us while in the property and we didn't notice any external noise.
