"Lovely hotel. We were on the top floor and there's no lift, but there was a lovely house keeper who carried my massive suitcase up and back down the stairs for me. I sprained my ankle whilst staying there and he even offered to take my suitcase to the train station with me! Wish I'd got his name. ..."
