A shallow stream running through a swamp (background) is what's left of a paleo river at the Sungai Batu excavation site. Carbon dating on iron ingots and other findings at the site indicate a port civilisation, with a thriving iron smelting industry that predates Angkor Wat, Cambodia and Borobudur, Java. Close to malls, tourist attractions, great location for restaurants. Supermarket also close by, plus the usual 7 eleven for necessities. They have coin operated washers and dryers in site, best of all are the staff, such really nice people. Would definitely stay again. Spotlessly clean throughout ...
