"It was just ok. Location was excellent for us which is a big plus but let down by poor communications (no response to phone calls or emails at all). Check in instructions were sent, but after check in time. "It's conveniently located with plenty of affordable dining options and markets nearby. It's a nice 30-minute stroll to the city center or to the Thames River. The 2 bedroom place itself was nicely remodeled. The city could do a better job maintaining the sidewalks."

"I stayed more than 2 weeks in Wellington House. 5-10 minutes to town center / shopping mall, restaurants, very convenient. The apartment is clean, cozy, modern, spacious and very new. Fully equipped kitchen. The staff response by WhatsApp is really fast(thanks to the staff, called Levi). However, one bad thing, my room was just next to the main door in the ground floor, everyone go through the main door will trigger the door closing noise. "We stayed for 2 nights in the ground floor garden apartment. Accomdation very spotless and had all we need to make our stay extremely comfortable. Really happy with the quality of bedding and towels, plus nice touch to have milk and water in fridge and small bottles of shower gel shampoo and body cream in the bathnroom. The issue we had regarding the hot water was resolved within a few hours of our call. Plus upon returning home I realse that I had left an item of sentimental value to me,...
