"I always try to stay at an Extended Stay when I’m away, they are usually very clean and safe, but this one is by far is one of the cleanest ones I’ve ever stayed at ! The rooms in the property are in immaculate condition."

"1. This property is short staffed and poorly run. 2. It’s filthy to the point that one night the foyer smelled of urine. They had a room for vending and laundry that was also filthy. 3. I had a family medical emergency and had originally been told twice that I could check out early without penalty then had to argue when the manager said no. Ultimately, I was able to get a refund for my unused nights from Expedia. 4. I felt so unsafe as a woman sleeping alone at night that I slept with a chair...

"The property is very convenient and walkable with light luggage) to the cruise port and Riverwalk area. The room itself was very nice and the full size kitchen included all you would need to prepare a meal. I didn't use the washer or dryer, but it would be of benefit for a longer stay. I stayed one night pre cruise and will definitely stay at this property when sailing from Tampa."

"It was very good overall. Very clean, cleaning staff very nice and accommodating. My biggest issue is our room had what was supposed to be a queen size bed (seemed smaller) in the huge handicap room with the sleeper sofa which worked out fine for mom who's handicapped. The living space was ridiculously large and I could've parked a small car in it so way more than enough room for a wheelchair and plenty for a king size bed. The bathroom seat was nice but a bit cumbersome if you had disability."
