"Property lacked amenities ie, bathroom toiletries, tissues, lack of a hair dryer, towels were worn.
Choice of breakfast options was very limited, no fresh fruit & replenishment of options was not attended to adequately.
However, property is a charming country getaway. The gardens are peaceful within easy walking distance from the town & railway station . If you’re not too fussed about the above details, it offers a very pleasant cost effective stay. "

"Great hotel very clean, spacious rooms, comfortable bed. Friendly stuff. Good food, tasty but Menu is short. Unfortunately nobody from staff speak english , even on the reception. No english menu. Therme which was included to the room price, is open till 20:30, at least that what was written, however I have tried to go at 19:30, and the door to Therme was closed.As they are claiming this is a four star hotel, they shall put more efforts for international customers."
"Hair all over the blankets. When we asked them for more pillows they said “f*** you bye”. All we did is politely ask for pillows yet they cursed at us and shut the phone in our face. "
