"We had to change rooms because the furnace wasn’t working, and then when we got to the other room, it wasn’t working great. The staff was more than accommodating. And the valet guy was very fast."

"You can not check in no desk , no online che k in they expect you to call someone who lives somewhere else and is only available certain time to meet. We were in a different part of la and could not be there at time they were available and never got to check in. We had to rent another actual hotel so we had somewhere to sleep."
