"I REFUSED to check in that terrible offered “room that I booked through Expedia, a room package with airfare. When I arrived after long and exhausting flights, I was offered a “Cabin room” which is a room with no windows, not even one, not even a tiny one …!!! The kind check in clerk did his best to offer me another room, but the restaurant exhaust was right at my room level, and for a big difference in cost. No other room was available that night.
Expedia miss led me into that booking, the pictures offered by Expedia were of an amazing room with ocean view. To my biggest surprise the hotel, completed the awful and non human deal with an extremely tiny room that throughout my thousand of trips around the world, I’ve never seen a similar type of room, a single bed with barely space to walk of to 1 of its side, with no day light, no window. In our North American standard, a window is a must have to consider it a bedroom. I was supposed to stay in that “room” 20 nights …!!! An awful and extremely disappointing Expedia service and follow ups, that end up every time with no getting back to me with any kind of solutions. I tried to get a reasonable solution with Expedia by spending hours and hours, making me wait 2 to 3 days until they get an answer back from the hotel about canceling my reservation. Then another live agent asked me after going through all the details, that I had to wait until Monday (2 days) to get an answer, since it’s the weekend. He never got back to me."
"My stay at Kempinski Hotel was a complete contrast to my previous experience elsewhere. From the moment I arrived, the level of professionalism, hospitality, cleanliness, and organization was noticeable.
The internet connection was stable and reliable, which was extremely important for me as I was handling remote work and attending online business meetings during my stay. I was finally able to work comfortably without interruptions or stress.
The staff were respectful, attentive, and responsive whenever assistance was needed. The overall atmosphere felt well-managed, calm, and professional, and the facilities were maintained to a much higher standard.
After dealing with several inconveniences during my trip, staying here gave me the comfort and reliability I was looking for. I truly appreciated the quality of service and would gladly recommend this hotel to both business and leisure travelers visiting Lebanon. The pool area is very nice"
"The room was not clean. There was a stain on the bedspread. Outside on the balcony, the armchair was torn and there was no cover for it, so I couldn’t sit on it. The chairs outside were also very dirty, and there was a terrible smell on the balcony. The table outside was broken.
Inside, there was also a problem with the toilet—every time I used it and came out, water would be left all over the floor."
"As for the room , pretty old special the bathroom,
The tv in the room has very limited channels.
The food and drinks so overpriced, cup of coffee cost 6$
