Nevertheless, our front desk supervisor offered you to re-allocate to another room which not a suitable solution for yourself. However, after your arrival we tried to provide you with different solutions noting one of them was keeping the pets in our offices, unfortunately the offer was rejected from your end After your refusal for all our options we still offered you a free pickup to the establishment that you chose in Broumana, Mount Lebanon and offered you A FULL REFUND FOR YOUR STAYThank you for your cooperation and understanding
