"in the website in Expedia says the check in starts @ 2pm so we came there before 2pm but they told us that the standard check in in 3pm and we actually got the room 30 minutes after 3, so the website says it wrong and their standard check in was late. But overall experience was good other than the check in that we had to wait for 2 hours in the lobby for the room coming from a long trip"

"I’m writing this review on behalf of my mom, who recently stayed at the hotel. Overall, she had a very pleasant experience, but what stood out most was the exceptional service and genuine care from the staff.
A special thank you to Madeline, who was incredibly kind, professional, patient, and helpful. My mom experienced some issues with her accommodations, and Madeline personally took the time to listen, understand her concerns, and make sure everything was resolved. She went above and beyond,...

"The staff was amazing to me as I visited my family in the Philippines, helping with with any request and arrangements. They also upgraded my room which was very appreciated. I will be going back regularly to visit my family and will be happy to stay at the Jazz Towers again. Beautiful views of the city, great location with everything a person needs in the Jazz Towers complex and associated shopping mall including a supermarket and great restaurants such as the Viking Buffet and Dumpling...

"Service was great, but the facility is quite old. There were a few problems with the room: tv and stove, lights, etc. that needed repairs. But as I noticed the issues, they sent someone right away to fix them. It's quite common for the photos of a hotel to misrepresent the actual quality and condition of the rooms. No exception here. But, the room was comfortable and reasonable. Service was good. "
