"There was no coffee pot in the room check in staff didn’t say there was coffee downstairs 24 hour daily, but there was no decaf and that inconvenient to have to leave the room to get. Weight room is one treadmill and one bike. It was on 2nd floor and a key, from front desk on 1st floor, was needed to use either bike or treadmill. Just inconvenient."

"Under construction, no breakfast, tub wouldn’t drain. The staff was very friendly but no breakfast other than the Jimmy Deans microwavable sandwich for $5. Free water, coffee, and tea. The absolute perfect spot if you are going to Cadence Arena!"

"I prefer a downstairs room but at least there's an elevator to use along with luggage carts. Each time I have stayed here I was put in a room upstairs. The rooms are nice but I don't like being so far away from my car. Parking here was difficult for me. Very few spots available and I am not comfortable if I am not able to see my car from my room. The staff was friendly and helpful"

"Room was clean and quiet despite being right across from the elevator. Beds were comfortable. We had our two pups with us and they had a dog area with adequate bags for disposal. We left early and did not have the breakfast that was provided. "

"Rooms are tiny, it was noisy all night. Knocking, banging and other weird noises. Neither my wife or myself got any sleep. The shower floor was stained and just didn’t look clean. Walk outside and smells like weed. The bed was fairly comfortable. It was either cold or hot. The AC would run until it was really cold and then wouldn’t come back on until you were almost sweating. We didn’t stay long enough to try the breakfast. We left before they even had it out. We will not be returning."
