"Our stay at Xanadu Hotel in Belek was okay overall. The food was good, with a decent variety and good quality throughout our stay. The biggest downside was the language barrier. We found it very difficult to find basic English-speaking staff, which made it a struggle whenever we needed help or had questions. The rooms and facilities were quite basic, but everything was clean and functional. Overall, it was a nice stay."

"All in all the Hotel is good. However it's not a 5 star. It's hard to put a finger on what's wrong cause on personal level you see the stuff works hard. The terriroty is vast, the main beach is long and satisfiying. However if you don't catch a seat early in the morning by 9 am it's hard to find an empty place there. More than 95 % of the guests are from the russian speaking countries, so stuff knows a word ot two in Russian. The wi-fi is good only if you're close to lobby - 50 metres or so...

"Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt im Asteria Belek. Die Anlage ist sehr groß, weitläufig und insgesamt für ein großes 5-Sterne-Hotel gut gestaltet. Die Zimmer waren sauber, gepflegt und komfortabel. Der Strandabschnitt ist schön, allerdings war es am Vormittag oft schwierig, einen freien Sonnenschirm oder eine Liege direkt am Strand zu bekommen. Hier wäre eine bessere Organisation wünschenswert. Das Essen war angesichts der sehr großen Anzahl an Gästen in Ordnung und die Auswahl...

"The resort was very nice, with a beautiful environment. The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming. We had a great time as a family. The one issue that really bothered us was the mattresses in our room. Both the double bed and the single bed were extremely uncomfortable and appeared to be in very poor condition. My wife and I developed severe back pain during our stay and were only able to sleep for about 2–3 hours each night because of the mattresses. I would recommend that the hotel...

"What an interesting and fun place! Huge property with lots of activities, beach front access with private beach, and great food. Had so much fun here. There were so many places to explore. The staff were great. There are not many American or European visitors and a lot of the staff don’t speak much English."
