"Endroit très calme "

"Pluses- amazing views, right on the water, spacious and clean apartment/hotel room with a well-stocked kitchen. Minuses- definitely some maintenance needed in the shower and bathroom area. Lots of water damage. It also does require your initiative to find out how to check in. It is five or so rooms arranged over several floors (no elevator) and there is no front desk. I had to call to get instructions for access. But they instructions were clear and easy to follow and we had to problem getting...

"Absolutely shocking. Arrived at 7.20pm. Check in was between 5-8pm. No sign of anyone. Phoned both phone numbers and messaged via hotel.com - no answer from property. Waited there for an hour. We were extremely tired after leaving the UK at 7am!!! Had to find another hotel at ann extra cost. Eventually arrived around 9pm. Hotel owner phoned me at 10.38pm, waking us up, to ask where we were and apologise! What a joke. A formal complaint has been made to hotel.con who were extremely helpful...

"農家？をホテルに改装したブティックホテルで田舎にある立地とともに雰囲気を感じることができる。 部屋もスイーツだったので、十分な広さとおしゃれな内装で満足できるものだった。しかし、給湯器にエラーメッセージが点灯しており、ヒーター、給湯とも作動できず、レセプションに人もいないため、手の施しようがなく、寒い中就寝することとなった。また、1/1の宿泊だったためレストランは休業で、周辺のスーパーマーケットも休業だったため晩御飯が買ってあった少量のパンのみでひもじい思いをした。 立地的に周辺の街にも遠くレストランもないため、1/1であってもオーベルジュとしてレストランの営業をのぞみます。 レセプションを省力化することについて、エコに対しての姿勢は認めますが、そうであれば、なおさら設備のメンテナンス、作動状況の確認はしっかりと実施していただきたいと思います"

"Je suis navrée de devoir mettre une note aussi basse mais j'ai vraiment été déçue du début à la fin de mon séjour... Tout d'abord, le logement devait avoir un restaurant, en réalité il n'en est rien, même s'il y a effectivement des restaurants juste à côté car on est dans le centre ville. Pour un séjour d'affaire, c'est un peu limite pour pouvoir travailler dans de bonnes conditions : pas de chaise de bureau, bureau très encombré, pas d'isolation phonique (quand des gens marchent à l'étage, la...
