"The room was horrible, small and complitely separate hallway where I Had to go through two šest of have doors before getting to room door. When I express my concern to the staff at reception there they complitely ignored. Room had stains on carpet and the hangers were sticky from dirt and I had to wash them in order to use them. Hotel completely locks consistency because my previous visit was pleasant. The taxi service they use overcharges the clients and is not using their taximeters."
"Pearl of a hotel. When we arrived we had trouble with the taxi who tried scamming us, charging double the price for a ride from the airport. The hotel manager and the receptionist helped us, got the price way down, and prevented us from getting scammed. They also upgraded us to a beautiful room. Spacious, clean. Service was impeccable, got help to get around in the city and getting a (honest) taxi to the city. Breakfast was nice. We'll definitely be back next time we're in Belgrade."
"Good location. Nice hotel but could use a face lift. Many things were dated. There was a light out in bathroom. Not a big deal but this is something the cleaning staff should have noticed. Also some TV stations were listed, CNN for example, but when we tried to watch, screen was blank. Bed was comfortable, pillows were a bit soft."

I was extremely satisfied with my stay at this hotel. The location is absolutely fantastic—super central and within easy walking distance to the entire city, including great restaurants, shops, and main attractions. Room was very quiet and cozy.
Check-in was quick and effortless, and the staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming throughout my entire stay. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and would definitely stay here again!"
