"There is no elemantır on the building. Location is perfect , clean room , breakfast was amazing. "

Two negatives were: 1) smokers in adjacent rooms or areas affected the air in my room, and 2) the shower configuration was that the entire bathroom gets soaked when you take a shower. There was only one small glass half-divider that barely contained the spray. "

"I really liked location, friendliness of staff at the reception, at the restaurant, literally everyone was friendly and competent. The room was clean. Breakfast was also very good (if only coffee would have better quality), but all in all it was a very good breakfast- it started with salmon and ended with chia pudding without added sugar and fresh fruit. There was also live piano music and just a phantastic atmosphere. I hope to come again soon. "

"This hotel is very nice, all very modern and clean, the staff very welcoming and helpful, very quiet and secure. It is also fantastically located right in the centre and has good Wifi. The only negative point I experienced was that the TV reception/signal was poor and kept dropping completely, so I didn't use the TV and relied on my own devices."

"The Hotel is very luxury and beautiful, but the staff was not well trained, at least not at the St. Regis standards, in my room there was no laundry bag, no writing pen, no cotton pads. I have to call for everything. It feels like something is missing, hopefully they will mange the property better in the future."
