"We have stayed at Luskin many times for clinical trial and cancer treatment at UCLA. Staff is always exceptional in their support, customer service and accommodation requests. Always feel like every member of the team truly wants you to have the best experience possible. Rooms and entire property are so very spacious and incredibly clean. Being able to open a window in the room is a wonderful feature. Staff has always accommodated with a mini fridge request, as I travel with medication requiring cooling (otherwise, doesn’t appear that fridge comes standard in the room). Very comfortable beds. Great restaurant on property. Convenient in-out self-parking accessible by the elevator (separate fee but that is Los Angeles:) Great, walkable location in Westwood village and on the grounds of the UCLA campus. Always excellent stay. Thank you Luskin!"

"I was very disappointed. The facility looks like you walked back into the 70s. Bathroom was too small, grout in shower was dirty, and the shampoo, conditioner & body was was 3 different scents. The noise from the freeway was annoying and made it difficult to sleep. Pillows were uncomfortable. FYI, there are several homeless encampments right down the road close to the hotel. They do provide bottles of wine and a few coffee pods in your room. Staff was fairly friendly. Overall, I would give it a 2 out of 5."

"The check in staff are excellent. But, the cleaning staff need a refresher course on how to actually clean a room. Dirty glasses are left behind that I'm supposed to reuse? Dirty towels and floor mats are not replaced with clean. I'm supposed to reuse a dirty towel? At the price that I am paying per day, i expect clean towels and glasses. Not only that, the ice bucket full of water still remained. One would think that if the ice melts, it could be cleaned out."

"This was a good spacious hotel suite. Location was perfect. Walking distance from Shake Shack and Erewhon. Walking distance to Urth Cafe and the designer shops on Melrose. Walked to Community Goods at the Pacific Design Centre as well. "

"The staff is very pleasant and helpful. Only thing I would’ve liked was the cafe to be open early enough to pick up some iced coffee first thing in the morning."
