"Staff was very friendly. The hotel was extremely clean. The food was great. The pool and hottub were both clean and the appropriate temps you would expect. Overall a great experience."

"The location was excellent. Close to several restaurants and a mall. Hotel was clean and rooms were spacious. Was nice having a good size fridge as well as microwave and dishwasher. Rooms were cleaned every other day which was fine. Would definitely stay again."

"Close meaning in the heart of the U of MN and surrounded by the stadiums. with access to the light rail and bus directly in front of the hotel."

"Service at the desk is casual but friendly, the property looks great, and my room was very nice as well as comfortable and quiet. The breakfast area is also nice and with all the standard food options. Loved the newspapers! My only complaint is the slow internet connection."

"The room was ok. Beds were much smaller than expected. They seemed to be full size not Queen as advertised. Exterior security was nonexistent! 30 vehicles had their windows broken out overnight! It was suggested to my husband this was not the 1st time. Needless to say we left the next morning. Won't be staying there again."

"Parking was safe and secure, nice outdoor area to sit and enjoy the sun!"

"Our stay was okay. Our king room was super small. The mini fridge is a mini mini fridge and not very cold. The towels were thin and hard. The air conditioner was extremely loud. It was clean and comfortable otherwise. The towels bothered me the most. The staff were super nice which made up for some of the shortcomings."

"Property was maintained and very clean, and in a great location close to the river. We had dinner at Umbra and breakfast at Chloe — for both, the food was pretty good but the service really wasn't the best. I will say that, at Chloe, the manager on duty was very quick to apologize for the service and comped our entire meal even though we didn't feel it was necessary. Overall, we'd stay here again."

"It was only myself so the no dresser was perfect. I liked the knobs to hang clothes. It was clean and I loved no carpet. The smell of the hotel was fabulous. I wish they would sell that!"

"We loved the friendly staff and the beautiful building. They have a historic bar and lovely patio which are both wonderful places to soak up the atmosphere."
