"Room was very clean, staff was friendly "

"cable was out (no fault of property - ice storm & someone hit the box), pool heater was out & hot tub was extremely hot you couldn’t put a foot into hot tub (ugh!) so a very quiet night- good bed & good rest. "

"Our room smelled like musty cigarettes - to the point where not just our clothes smelled like it, but all of our belongings. The bathtub hadn't been cleaned in weeks. We had to call the front desk the first morning because we tried to take a shower and the drain was plugged with hair and other garbage. Maintenance did come up quickly to fix it. Parking was terrible. No elevator to the second floor. I would not recommend anyone to stay in this hotel. "

"I did not stay at this property. We got there they had no Wi-Fi no TV. I did not check in, but I probably had to pay for this not happy."

"Rooms were clean but A/C didn't work in my room. It was 75*+ in my room and with the room facing the atrium, I couldn't get any fresh air in the room. They did give me a box fan. Also, their swimming pool chemicals were NOT good. I had a small cut on my finger that turned into a bad infection and I had to go the Urgent Care while on vacation. The best part was the open space in the atrium where my grandaughter could run and we could play together when there was snow outside. She also loved...

"Arrives after a 6 hour drive. Just wanted to test. They had construction going on just a couple rooms down from ours. The drill sounded like it was next to my head - it was horrible. Next morning - no hot water in the shower. Room was dirty - corners of bathroom/shower still had dirt and hair. Mattresses were worn and sunken in - very. "

"Staff was amazing and friendly . Rooms were not the best . First night in one room I noticed hairs on bathtub and dirt around as well. Towels had yellow stains and one had a brownish reddish stain. Second night in different room everything was much better but still bath tub was not cleaned properly . I’m very big on hygiene so that was a no for me . "

"The lovely lady that checked me in was so friendly and helpful even though it was her very first day at the front desk. The building is dated on the outside; but the room itself was surprisingly well equipped! It was comfortable and spacious and the little details were appreciated, especially the double sink! This is one of the very few places I've stayed in my frequent travels where I heard not a PEEP from a neighbor or from animals, or road noisr .....not even from the trains which are just...

"We were assigned a room with a roll in shower designed for the disabled and it was difficult to use for the able bodied. The shower apparently hadn't been used in awhile and had an unpleasant smell until water was run down the drain. Also, there were no shelves or counters in the bathroom to place items and soap was limited to one small bar. Other than that , the room and motel was very clean and the bed and pillows comfortable."
