"On the Expedia website it lists this property having shuttle service to downtown Nashville and airport shuttle which the hotel does not provide. They have no shuttle at all so if you're needing this accommodation choose another hotel. When asking the hotel they acknowledge it states that on the site but basically did nothing or even help with alternatives or compensate for false advertisement. The breakfast is ok but potatoes each day were mostly hard, eggs dried out, and food needed heated up...

"We asked for a non-smoking room and the room smelled like someone smoked a carton of cigarettes. We were supposed to be there 2 nights but left after 1. The smell was so bad."

"This is a new property so they are just getting started. Everything was clean and new which was nice. Convenient location and quiet. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were quite surprised that the sheets in a Hilton hotel were polyester and the pillows felt like you were sleeping on a balloon so it wasn’t the most comfortable night’s sleep. We did enjoy the kitchen and extra living space for our 8 night stay."

"We were a late minute find a hotel for the night. It was convenient, decently priced, safe area and near other hotels/restaurants. It was clean, and they seem to be newer owners. Our duvets were not matched. They seem to be going through changes, I think new owners. Staff was friendly, overall good, just not the great. Give them time. We slept well, great beds."

"Go elsewhere they couldn't even give us an ice bucket. No place to put your clothes and no hooks to hang your towels. "

"We stayed two nights while visiting family in the area. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The complementary breakfast had a lot of options -- my wife is gluten free and she found plenty to eat including oatmeal, though was the same both days and I imagine it could get old if you stay several days. Only issue was they had a sign for sourdough bread but it wasn't actually sourdough. The person we spoke to said she kept hiding the sign but others kept putting it out. Location is great, short drive...

"Everything was great except for the bathroom sink that was backed up… wouldn’t drain."

"TV didn’t work. Floor was atrocious. Bathroom was not real clean. Door lock was hard to use. Temperature control was not easy to use. Overall, it was disastrous place to stay."

"Staff extremely nice and helpful. Indoor pool was nice. Walls in the bathtub were dirty, tub itself was clean. Continental breakfast was waffles, Walmart store bought mini donuts, cereal and toast, coffee to drink. No tea or juices to drink, so unless you drink coffee there was nothing else. Could have had bagels, hard boiled eggs, real donuts or pastries, oatmeals ( something most other Continental breakfast s have). Also no condiments of any kind besides butter and syrup."
