"Literally, absolutely nobody went into the pool at all and it was spring break like that’s a fantastic time to swim so there must of been something wrong. "Place was falling apart.. no other way to put it. Pillow and sheets were dirty. Used soap on the counter bathroom door was falling apart and had a hole in it and it just was a horrible place.. I ended up walking across the street and booked another hotel to stay the night. My son found mold in the bathroom and the floor was collapsing in on itself by the door.. Do not recommend to anyone "

"The 3 story building is a little aged, and has no working elevator. That said, the room was perfect for my overnight stay. As an added bonus, this has to be one of the last hotels to offer smoking rooms. Being one block from the beach was very nice, and the view for sun rise was beautiful. "

"Charging $20 to check in 30 minutes early is why I won’t use this company again. Corporate greed! What happened to old fashioned common sense. The room is available. I told the lady at the counter we just want to drop our bags off and we won’t be back until midnight. We were the only people in the whole complex. She said it was policy. Best Western lost a customer for life!!"

"The Staff and manager at the time were great, with the exception of one desk clerk ! I had arrived an hour early and asked about the possibilty of an eary check in. She said she would look into it, when i asked again 30 minutes later she said her radio was off the whole time ! No apology and more negative attitude.
