"The staff was amazing! Everyone was very helpful even before I arrived. When I got there, I was alone and they helped me with my very heavy suitcase. "The Barcelo Reforma hotel was in a great location. Convenient to sites and restaurants. The staff was courteous and responsive yo our needs. Everyone was efficient, courteous and helpful. The concierge staff could offer both Uber and taxi service though public transportation was nearby. The tour agency located in the hotel did an exceptional job to get us on a late booking to the pyramids. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. "
