"We had a wonderful 3 night stay . We took the ferry from Pozzallo to Valletta and the hotel is 5 minutes away from the Virtu pier. The staff were all very friendly and helpful , the rooftop has a pool and great views. The hotel was quiet and in a great location, only a few steps from the center, thank you Madeleine in the restaurant Michael and Prem at the Front Desk, you all made our stay extra special."

"I only had one night at this hotel, but I wish I had longer. From the moment I arrived Olivia and Eva provided exemplary customer service. They were very warm and welcoming, and are a perfect example of what customer service should be. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was surprisingly large. The location is quite central for exploring the Valetta and the nearby three sisters cities. I would absolutely stay here again and thank you again very much to both Olivia and Ava."

However, the noise from the bars close by does continue well into the early hours of the morning. The hotel does provide ear plugs but if you are a light sleeper and go to bed early you will need to bare this in mind"

"The pool is extremely dangerous. I slipped on the slimy steps on the first morning. The water is very shallow so I fell hard, injuring my ankle. We informed bar staff because several others had fallen because they told me when they saw me fall. I spent the rest of the morning with ice on my foot. I also chipped my shellac polish on my toes in the fall. "We loved our stay in the Marriot at St. Julian. We got a comfortable large with a brilliant view and stayed for a week while getting our open water diving certification. We loved the dining options and took advantage of the breakfast setup. Service was really lovely and when there were issues, the staff corrected things. "Overall my partner and I enjoyed our stay, but the first room we stayed had a putrid odor, like sewage. When we notified reception they first sent house keeping to just spray the room, which did not solve the issue, but eventually they changed our rooms. Aside from the smell of our first room, the amenities the hotel provided were top notch, loved the pool, and the location was great, walking distance to the ferry and plenty of restaurants around the hotel."
