"Breakfast was varied and extensive. It's not free but we got it comped...not entirely sure why. Rooms were standard but nice. Nothing fancy but we were there to sleep. Beds were nice and comfy. Broadway Dr is loud but didn't hear it with our white noise on our phone. They have a free shuttle to Broadway which was nice. Parking and driving downtown can be tricky so this was a great amenity."

"We did not have a pet!!!!! Very outdated furniture and carpeting We did not feel that it was clean because it was so old Bathroom caulking was poorly administered Did not receive extra cups even after we used them Poor towel quality I believe there are much nicer hotels in Nashville for a similar price and it wasn’t cheap Language barrier made it trying to understand front desk staff Will never stay there again or any other Comfort Inn because of our unhappy stay"

"Lovely room, air con super effective, awful view but local neighbourhood made up for it. Highly recommend Frothy Monkey cafe for breakfast. Appreciated the keypad entry to the room and the fact we didn't need to take keys with us, but we had to enter the numbers ~5 times each day to get back into the room. Bathroom was gorgeous, really nice space to get ready, and the smart TV was a really nice touch. We had a slight issue with the headboard falling down while we slept and hitting me on the head, but I think that was a one off. Bit disappointed they didn't replenish any supplies during our four day stay, but couldn't fault the rest of it."

"Room smelled disgusting and I immediately asked for another room. They didn’t have any, so I had to go somewhere else. Asked for refund that night but front desk said I had to talk to the manager. Hotels.com wouldn’t give a refund either. I called manager 5 times and could never speak to them. Absolute dump, stay away!"

"Great staff, clean room, gorgeous hotel. Shuttle takes a while so plan well in advance. Fire alarm went off bc the bar tender burned something. Parking is $40+tip per day, so realistically add $50 to the cost of the room per night. Overall, if money isn’t an issue, this hotel is great!"
